Dive into decadence with this look inspired by the crown prince of Victorian fiction, Oscar Wilde. This bold, audacious look from our 2011 calendar takes theatricality to new heights and struts the line between the masculine and the feminine. Not for the shy or subtle.

STEP BY STEP

1

High Style

To get those striking, saturated eyes, begin with Eye Studio® Color Pearls™ Marbleized Eyeshadow in Navy Narcissist. Apply solid color first, coloring the full lid to the crease of the eye. With a small, flat brush, continue color along the lower lash line, outlining the full eye in blue, blending as you go. Brush the marbleized shade on upper lid, adding dimension and sparkle. Continue blending along upper crease.

2

Drama Queen

Next, use Line Express® Eyeliner in Blackened Sapphire to line the inner rim of the eye along both upper and lower lash lines. The creamy formula delivers intense color with just one stroke. A coat of Volum’ Express® The Falsies™ Mascara in Blackest Black finishes the look!

3

Dandy, Candy Lips

For a pop of color, add Color Sensational® Lipgloss in Raspberry Sorbet. Start in the center of your upper lip, applying color directly with the wand. Work from the center to the outer edges of your lips, following the contour of your mouth.

4

Optional Decadence

For the grand finale, apply a costume feather to the outside edge of the eye of your choice, as well as to the lips. Place a few plumes in the center of the lips for full Wonderland effect!
