Use Maybelline’s Eye Studio® Color Plush™ Silk Eyeshadow in Sapphire Siren. Use the tapered end of the brush to create an “arrow” outline at edge of eyes, drawing the farthest point out to create a wide-eyed look. Fill in using deep blue shade, blending as you go.

Line edge of eyes, upper and lower, with Line Express® Eyeliner in Blackened Sapphire. Use tips of your fingers to soften edges.

Fill in full lid with lighter shade from the Sapphire Siren palette using the wider side of the applicator. Blend edges.

Add sheen to inner eye area and throughout with the lightest shade. Use Volum’ Express® One-by-One Mascara in Very Black for final framing.
