Use our Define-A-Brow® Eyebrow Pencil to create a frame for the dramatic eyes, choosing a color that is closest to your own eyebrow shade. To apply, use a light touch and fill in your brow by sweeping across the shape from the inner to outer corner.

Line It

Now add the glam with Eye Studio® Lasting Drama™ Gel Eyeliner in Blackest Black. Dip the small, flat brush into gel and glide liner in small strokes above your upper lash line from corner to corner. As you reach the outer corner of your eye, wing the line out and upward. Repeat along lower lash line for a super-defined effect.

Black It

To amp up the drama, extend and thicken the line for more emphasis. Dip the brush into gel and follow the original shape at the outer corner of your eye, working your way towards the inner corner and building the boldness of the line. Continue layering until you achieve your desired thickness.
