Step by Step

Technique: Wet

Charlotte starts with a basecoat of the pale ivory shade from the Eye Studio® Color Plush™ Silk Eyeshadow in Green Envy. To recreate at home, simply apply color using a small, flat brush from lash line to brow bone. Once you have your base, wet your brush for Steps 2 and 3 – the wet technique creates greater color intensity and contrast.

Darken

Dip the wet brush into the darkest shade and brush color onto the lid, close to the lash line. Start from the inner corner of your eye and move outward to create a smooth, even line. Repeat technique under lower lashes, starting at outer corner and stopping in the middle.

Brighten

Next apply green shadow wet to the outer half of your lid and into crease, creating a green highlight on half of lid. Fill in the other half of the lid by patting on the lightest shade with your fingertips, working from the inner corner towards the middle. Blend with brush or fingertips.

Emphasize

Intensify the look with Eye Studio® Lasting Drama™ Gel Eyeliner in Charcoal. Dip the brush into gel and draw a smooth line along upper lashes, using small strokes. Extend liner out past the corner and up towards brow to create a winged look for extra drama.
