Technique: Dry

For this sophisticated look, use Eye Studio® Color Plush™ Silk Eyeshadow in Purple Icon. With a small brush apply the lightest color starting at the inner corner of the eye and sweeping upward onto the brow bone. When dry, the shadow goes on light and smooth.

Building a Base

Continue working the lightest color in the center of the lid and through to the outer corner of the eye to get a smooth, silky base.

Apply Matte in Crease

Next apply the matte color in the crease of your eye with the same small brush. Move brush along the crease a few times to create a soft line. Now add the third color with the shimmer finish along the base of your upper lashes, creating an icy pastel look.

Darken

Lightly tap brush into the darkest color and dust under lower lashes starting at the inner crease and bringing outward towards the corner of the eye. Use your fingers to blend and soften.

Contrast

XXL Volume™ Mascara in Very Black provides plenty of contrast and drama for these soft colors. Open your eye by lifting brow and use a light touch to sweep wand from base to tip of upper lashes. Repeat on lower lashes. To complete the look, add a coat of Shine Sensational™ Lipgloss. Voilà! Subtle and chic.
