How to use/apply

Step 1. Apply liquid lipstick to clean, bare lips.
Step 2. Allow two minutes to dry, then apply the ultra-conditioning balm to seal in moisture.
Step 3. Reapply balm as needed.

The only issue I have is that the lip balm runs out too quickly as I have read that many other users have the same problem. I saw that you recommend using another balm like the baby lips but as soon as I did, the color starts to rub off. I don’t understand how customers have repeatedly reported this issue yet Maybelline ignores them and provides an inadequate response. It would be so easy to sell the balm separately to keep your customers happy.

The only problem I have is, there's more color than gloss. It would be nice to be able to purchase just the gloss.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Lipstick, applicator tube not so much I bought my first tube and it was great until the ring that keep the applicator from pulling out with all the product on it failed, now when I try to apply the wand comes out globbed with product on it, it's a mess now. Lipstick is nice but the applicator tube is terrible.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Grainy and lasts for 5 minutes I bought this a month ago and decided to give it another try, When I put it on the coverage was full and nice. I rubbed my lis together like you would normally do after applying lipstick and all of it moved to one spot of my lip completely taking it all off, it all become grainy and smeared to one side of my lip in little clumps. I tried again letting it dry for 15 minutes but my lips felt dry so I added the chapstick part of this and it did the same thing as before. Attempt 3 only did the same thing. Not the biggest fan of this lip product. Hope I can find your other products to be a success.

I started using it and never bought anything else until recently because retailers don't carry the product. I get so many compliments about the color and the staying power. My co-workers can't believe how my lipstick stays on all day long without touching up or re-applying. After working a 12 hour shift, I can leave work and not have to worry about what my lips will look like. It's getting harder to find the colors I like and retailers that carry this product. Please don't stop making this lipstick. I have tried other more expensive brands and they don't even last an hour.

I see on this page, many of your customers are asking for this. Do you have anything/shade close to So Sienna? Please bring it back. Also make the balm larger because it always runs out long before the color side does. Or sell the balm separately!!

Since color 060, Mauve, is no longer available, what is the closest replacement shade?

I have been using Color Stay Lasting Lilac 085 for years. I have noticed that you have changed the shade of this to a lighter color. Not happy at all! Please reconsider returning to the original shade.  Where can I find this older SHADE!?

Hi! I love this lipstick, I've sworn by it for many years, but suddenly can't find my daily, go to color, #125! The others aren't quite right for daily use. I have some darker and more red for some occasions, but that one is my everyday favorite!

Please bring back 125 So Sienna or tell your customers which color is close to the shade. I wore 125 for my wedding! Telling us to drop over $100 to "try" other colors that we will try on once is insulting and disrespectful to your loyal customers.

The 80 Infinite Petal is darker than 95 Never ending pearl, why would they take one of the most popular off the market? When it was in stores I had a hard time finding it because it was popular.
