    Q: What happened to the light brown eyebrow pencil!!! I don’t like any of the other shades or any of the ultra slim designer pencils… they’re horrible!!! I have thin brows and the only one I can use is the regular light brown pencil!!

    Q: Why don’t you or anyone make a gray or charcoal gray eyebrow makeup? My hair is pure white and I have very few hairs left in my eyebrows due to scars. I’m 80 & my hair used to be black. I’ve tried everything from blonde to dark brown but it looks fake!

    Q: I have used this brow pencil for a very long time and loved it. But the last 23 years every time I buy one the sponge, end with the powder does not work. I bet I bought at least six that, my favorite part. Why???
