I've used this mascara for over 5 years. You guys changed the formula. It dries out so fast. Sometimes it's already dry as soon as I open it. Also, it smudges under my eyes now which it never did before. So frustrating. Why did you change it?!

This was my HG almost from the moment it hit the market. But the last two tubes I've used have dried out considerably within the first two weeks of purchase. This results in clumps and flakes I never experienced before.
I never use waterproof mascara, and one favorite things about this product was that it didn't run or smudge, even after swimming. Whatever this new formula is now makes it nearly impossible to take off using the same makeup removers I've always used.
What happened?? :(

I love it. It applies easily and washes away easily. I love how long it makes my lashes. I always had beautiful natural long lashes growing up but as I age they are getting lighter and lighter. They are still naturally long but without a good mascara they are translucent almost. I'm very picky about what I out on them. I will definitely purchase another bottle when this one runs out. The formula is super silky and not too thick which I love for a more natural look to just elongate lashes. However if you like thicker lashes you can layer really nicely to get that effect. I love the wand as well because it applies so evenly and this is my fave mascara at the moment I 100% recommend!!!

- A: It's a bit wasteful, but if i find my mascara is clumpy, I also take a tissue after taking the wand out of the tube and wipe off the excess before applying! It lets me apply several coats without ever getting clumpy! -Or buy a lash separator tool, those work wonders!a year agoHelpful?

Q: I have been using Maybelline Lash Sensational washable mascara for years. However, after my last purchase I have had an allergic reaction to the mascara. Did anything change in the formula? And if yes, which ingredient(s) have been added?
