I bought one at the store last week and it have already ran out of liner?? I have never been so disappointed. A total waste of money. I keep twisting the end and nothing is happening so I tried an eye pencil sharpener

How does one sharpen a Tattoo Studio Liner? A sharpener is not included and there doesn’t seem to be a way to extend the crayon. What am I missing?
Hi there! To properly use this product, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. The pencil should be sharpened frequently so that 3 or 4 gentle turns are sufficient to achieve the desired result. The Dual Sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. We hope you find this information helpful! What color is close to chestnut Brown eyeliner ?

Does the shade Rusty Terracotta actually contain Carmine? The ingredient list says "May Contain," which gives me a bit of hope that I may be able to wear it without the side effects of conjunctivitis.
