No applicator, no solution from customer service

This product no longer comes with the applicator. I'm not sure how they expect it to be used. I did speak with Maybelline customer service directly and their only solution was to make a note in the complaint(?) And send me a coupon for me to use on adifferent product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Danger! No Applicator in Tray!

Im very upset : just bought & opened this to replace the last one I had: i just realized that I didnt lose the last shadow applicator but instead they didnt put one into applicator tray. the empty "Fit ME New York" tray! I searched everywhere for that nonexistant gram of plastic and foam! unhappy! my sugar literally bottomed out and had a few seizures and I can't say that it's not the empty applicator tray that caused my distress! ugh. It's true when they say make-up is for adults. Boooo.

There was no applicator include to apply eyeshadow

I purchased the eyeshadow because of the color palette. When I opened it….it had no sponge applicator. No way to apply it. That should be apart of the purchase. I was very disappointed. This is the first time with any brand of eyeshadow I was not provided an applicator.

Very disappointing quality. The shades are nice colors but the whole palette started to break and shades coming out of their place. So so messy. I will never be buying another maybeline product

First of all, IDK how to put in eyeshadow. I'm 40 and have been struggling with this since I was old enough to put on makeup. I always end up looking like Mimi from The Drew Carey show or it melts off my face and creases even with primer. I'm a glutton for punishment, though, so I keep trying. AND I AM SO GLAD I DID!
First of all, nudes is the way to go. Second, the back of this pallet tells you how to apply the colors! Third, I wore this outside, sweating, and lo and behold, it did not crease and it was still on my face 7 hours later.
Could it be slightly more pigmented? Perhaps, but it's pretty perfect coming from someone that has tried just about everything and failed miserably for decades.

I just got this palette from a store, and at first I was skeptical. The lighter shades don't show up a lot, but the darker ones do. When I do a look with this palette, I usually use numbers 7, 8, and 9. I like to use number 8 on the lid, number 7 on the crease, and number 9 on the inner corner. I still like the palette, I just was hoping the lighter shades would show up more.

My favorite colors - but I only use 4 of them

I wish I could find the 4 colors I love in individual shades, but it doesn't list each of the color's names on the back or on the website.
#2 is a lovely soft, just-right shade of brown with a hint of shimmer - perfect for evening
#5 is nearly the indentical shade of #2, but it's matte so it's perfect for daytime
#3 is a beautiful true-nude that enhances my lid when I want a quick no-makeup look
#1 has a bit too much shimmer, so I use it sparingly to brighten the brown bone for evening
I love that there are options for level of shimmer. I burn through these quick, using up #3 completely first, then #2 as they're the ones I use most often.
I wish I could get #2 and #3 in individual containers but I've never found the identical match!

The one I constantly repurchase!

This is one of the few "nude" palettes that I use over and over again. Most are too warm toned for me, but this one has quite a few cool colors. Even the bronze shade is wearable for me. Great for work, and can easily go to a smokey eye for nights. This is a real gem, and surprisingly affordable. Keep this one going, Maybelline!

I was very shocked by this pallet as well!!! Usually drugstore eyeshadow pallets are the worst! But this one is very nice.

This palette is my life! I love the palette design, the shades, pigmentation, it's very blendable, and lasts all day! I hate that Walmart don't carry it anymore (it isn't in any of my local stores).

I haven't used the pink version of this but I love this palette! The highlight colours look amazing the darks look great on the lash line and they blend beautifully. It's a gorgeous set I love it. I've bought it three times

The color provided are nice for a neutral palette. I personally did not like this palette because it was not as pigmented as I would have liked it to be. Fallout is okay but it does smudge a bit.

I love my brown colors and this palette is perfect for my style. Although I would love to customize my own as there were certain shades I used the most, I still count on this as my go to palette.

This eyeshadow palette used to be my go to, I can do my eyes and eyebrow with this. The matte shadows blend well and the shimmer shadows are very pigmented. If you need a simple everyday eye palette, this is the one!

4 stars for the colour choices but 3 stars for the lasting ! Doesnt last log and you have to reapply it. Not good if you dont want to keep taking all your makeup with you all the time. I would not buy again. But the ones I have I got for 3 years now.

This palette is amazing it super easy to blend, very pigmented. Good range of colors from neutrals to some shimmering. They all are amazing. The price is super good snd lots os shades. I think compared to others expensives brands this one is a win win.

This pallet is great if you love a shimmer eyeshadow. However my specific favourite is actually matte eyeshadows. So this one just wasn't for me. It's really pigmented you can tell there's gilter however it just doesn't look perfect.

Since I got this palette Ive used it about five times it is a great palette to have The shades are beautiful great packaging however I do feel before applying these eyeshadows you must have a great eyeshadow primer it is very creamy and there is a bit of fallouts prices for this product is affordable if you are someone that wants to give this palette a try I would say give it a shot you might like it

LOVE absolutely love it, I also love the blushed palette they are both my favourite. If I had to choose which one I liked I wouldn't be able to because they are so so nice! I don't have any of this palette left though because I love using my make up so it's all gone but I sure do want to buy another one

These arent bad shadows. They are obviously supposed to be like the urban decay naked pallettes. They arent terrible but the pigment isnt super great and you have to spend a lot of time to build them up and get them to blend well.

This is definitely a good palette. The mattes I tried were well pigmented and there was no fall out. The light gold needs a little extra to build up to the right pigment level. I got the eye look I was going for with little issue. I would definitely recommend this palette.

Maybelline the nudes palette contains some shimmers as well as some matte shade. The texture of the shadows are quite soft and blendable. Matte shades are less pigmented compared to the shimmer ones and also the shimmer shades have negligible fall out. Shimmers shades are also very easy to blend and the matte shades take time to get blended well. I didnt used any eye primer in the eye swatch to show you the exact finish and the shadows stayed on my lids for around 5 hours without any major creasing which is not that bad.

So pretty and buildable! Reminds me of the Mac palette I have with the neutral Glam tones in it. Overall and great product with pretty decent pigmentation! Would recommend!
