The heavier the coverage, the more blending is required for a seamless finish.
CAN I USE CONCEALER WITHOUT FOUNDATION? / DO I PUT MAKEUP OVER CONCEALER?
Feel free to wear concealer on its own, or layered with other skin-evening products like foundation, bb cream or powder. If you're using concealer and foundation or BB cream, apply the foundation/bb cream first, then the concealer. If you're wearing powder, apply concealer first, then powder.
