It works well first 5 or 6 times then you cannot get it to come out anymore or it doesn't turn to come up out of the stick. 10.00 waste of money. This needs to be refunded!

Best Long Wear Eyeliner ANYWHERE

I have tried dozens of brands, including luxury, and the spy far is the best waterproof eyeliner that you can buy. It goes on easily and stays on for 12+ hours. It is fairly easy to takeoff as well. All of those online brands that claim to be long wearing have nothing on Maybelline unstoppable. I have been wearing this for over 10 years and continue to buy Time after Time

The applicator, and the stopper that takes off exess product are super janky, there's barely any product in the pot either it's absolutely ridiculous, not even to mention the way it peels without you doing anything, so if you try to fix a line that isn't straight, it just pulls off the whole thing. Over all I'm very displeased, the product is hard to work with, and doesn't like to stay put, I will not be buying this again.

I have bought at least seven of these hoping that each one would work. As soon as the first part of the pencil comes down and you use it you cannot make it come out you can take it apart and see that there's more colored pencil inside the tube but it will not make it come out I can take pictures and prove this to you I have at least seven of them and I would like my money back I have wasted Time after Time after Time. I use Maybelline products but this is horrible there's another product called infallible and I think they were trying to mimic it I will buy that from now on I would like my money back take it from me you can only use it until the part that comes out of the pencil is gone the rest of it will never come out you can twist that thing over and over it will not come out

I am so tired of buying products that do not extend beyond the initial tip that is there when you first open it. I tried screwing the end to get more product once the tip wore down, but to no avail. Will not buy it again.

Doesn’t stay sharp

I wish I had the reviews before I bought this. The pencil doesn’t stay sharp as with another brand I use. maybelline’s response to others’ questions about how it stays sharp is worthless. Just because it moves up and down does not make it sharpen. I gently rub the liner against a Kleenex to get the tip slightly sharpen. Maybelline should change the marketing description to “mechanical pencil” and remove any nonsense about staying sharp.

I love how smoothly this glides on. And the cinnabar color is my favorite. I only wish that it would last longer. I’ve used primer before and then eyeshadow after to help seal it. But it still fades, which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

instant smudge - waste of my money

I bought this eyeliner a little over 6 hours ago and I am writing this review now because that is how upset I am that I just paid $8.99 plus tax for this. I would have better have with the .99 cents "end cap" tween make up. I am so upset that this eyeliner smudged that bad and even before I left the house.

Disappointed with this product

I agree with others that have posted that the formula has changed. I have been using this product for many years but the last 3 I have bought are not the same. It was the best for staying on all day with minimal smudge, now I look like a raccoon after a few hours. Extremely disappointed with this product and will have to find a new one that actually lasts.

This used to be the ONLY eyeliner I would use. The onyx was black, it would glide on so smooth and it would last all day! Something has changed! I’ve contacted customer service in the past and they have informed me there hasn’t been a change. Ever since the packaging changed, the black is more like a gray color, it crumbles when you put it on (more than half ends up in the garbage) and it doesn’t last more than 5 hours! So disappointed with whatever the change is. Please bring back the old formula!

The formula has changed

I have been using this eyeliner for over 10 years and had any problems with it, until now.... something changed to where I now have an allergic reaction to it every time I wear it... my eyelids swell up and get very irritated and Itchy.... I’m now forced to look for another eyeliner :(

I too have loved and appreciated this product for many years and YES, whether admitted or not, the formula has changed in the last 6 months or so. It is softer, crumbles and makes it impossible to make a smooth , consistent line. Please consider changing back to the old formula!

I used to love Maybelline Unstoppable eyeliner, I've used it for years, but it doesn't seem the same. It was easy to apply and it would glide on and the color was dark and rich. The last two that I purchased almost seemed dried out, it grabs and pulls and the color seems faded, not the same as the original. I'm hesitant to by another since this has happened twice. Has the formula changed or am I just unlucky?

UGH!!! Why can't I find not in waterproof?!?!??!

I have been an Unstoppable user for years, but can only find in waterproof. As a result, I bought the matte matic line and it is HORRIBLE!!! It is to hard to apply, pulls my skin, you name it, hate it. Why can't I get Unstoppable in normal and not waterproof? This is a great liner of me and pretty much the only pencil liner made that I don't have to sharpen. SO FRUSTRATED!!!

NOT THE SAME FROM MONTH'S BACK

Hello my name is Vanessa, I'm not sure what happen; but this eyeliner is different. I could've sworn there was a color BLACK. This Onyx color is not as black as the original black. It also used to glide much easier and stay much longer as well. I didn't see this eyeliner on the shelves for a while. Now all I'm finding is Onyx. Where is the black? Thank you.

This longwear, waterproof eyeliner should remove easily with any makeup remover made for waterproof makeup. For easiest removal, saturate your cotton pad with your makeup remover for waterproof makeup. Hold the pad over the eye and count to 10. This will give your waterproof makeup a chance to soften and glide easily off into your cotton pad.

Something Changed!

I have used this eyeliner for YEARS! I would say in the past 3-6 months something has changed. It is super crumbly and dry and causes my eyes to water. It also comes right off in the pool, which it never used to. And by right off in the pool, I mean dunk my head in one time and it is almost all off. Now, I'm on the hunt for something that actually stays on. Sorry, thought I was gonna use that stuff til I died. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Breaks Easily!

I just purchased Unstoppable yesterday. When I went to use it, I took cap off and the point fell on to my vanity! I tried to see if it would self sharpen but not a chance. I am going to return it! I use and like other Maybelline products, but this one definitely disappoints me.

Q: The technique you describe "This mechanical eyeliner swivels up and down, so the point always stays sharp" doesn't work. After first use, there is no point. I have tried this several times with different pencils, so tell me how to sharpen it.

- A: The mechanical part does not work I bought seven of these once the crayon is you stop from the starting point it's impossible to crank anymore down to the outside of the pencil it's stuck up in the pencil itself in the mechanical part will not push it down I bought seven of these trying each time for $8 a piece and none of them work I want my money back2 years agoHelpful?
Q: Is the sharpener in the cap? Swiveling up and down does not sharpen it, so why are you calling it self sharpening?

- A: You can twist and twist and twist all night but that pencil will not bring the rest of the crayon down I have seven of them and none of them work I've taken them apart to see the crayon is in there but that mechanical part will never push it down it can't be just one of those things when I have tried seven of them hoping each one would work and did not I would like my money back they were $8 a piece2 years agoHelpful?

Q: I'm bummed that I can't find the "Maybelline Unstoppable Waterproof Mechanical Eyeliner JADE" anywhere. All other shades, including Pewter are too dark. I hope this product returns to store shelves soon, I'm almost out. Please bring JADE back!!!!

- A: Hi there, The vast majority of our products, including the Unstoppable Mechanical Eyeliner Pencil do not carry expiration dates. They are made to stay fresh for at least 3 years if stored at normal room temperature. If your product looks as it normally does and has no off odor, its good to use. For eye products, we recommend replacing them every 6 months.4 years agoHelpful?
