Formula Changed…. Boo

PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORMULA! I just got this and have been a dedicated customer since 2016! This last time, the mascara smudges all over my bottom lids throughout the day and is so hard to take off when it used to come off in tubes which was amazing! I am so sad and disappointed and now want to start looking elsewhere.

The formula has changed

I used this mascara for over 10 years and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, the formula has changed. It now smudges onto my upper eyelids throughout the day, which never happened before, and it’s much harder to wash off with water. I’m so disappointed they changed such a great product. Now I have to find a new favorite mascara after more than a decade.

Weighs lashes down

I had used it before and loved it. I recently repurchased and it’s awful. It weighed my lashes down, did absolutely nothing for me. Do not recommend !

This mascara separates lashes nicely and gives volume. Sadly, my eyes became watery after use it didn’t work well for my sensitive eyes. I will try the waterproof one next time.

Smudges & dries out

I've used this mascara for over 5 years. You guys changed the formula. It dries out so fast. Sometimes it's already dry as soon as I open it. Also, it smudges under my eyes now which it never did before. So frustrating. Why did you change it?!

I just wish it came in a true brown color. They expanded the shades of the sky high mascara but this one is so much better. I couldn’t work with the sky high wand.

Was my Holy Grail

This was my HG almost from the moment it hit the market. But the last two tubes I've used have dried out considerably within the first two weeks of purchase. This results in clumps and flakes I never experienced before.
I never use waterproof mascara, and one favorite things about this product was that it didn't run or smudge, even after swimming. Whatever this new formula is now makes it nearly impossible to take off using the same makeup removers I've always used.
What happened?? :(

The formula for this product is great, there were no clumps and it separated my lashes nicely, lasting all day with no flakes. However, it did not hold a curl on my lashes.

- A: It's a bit wasteful, but if i find my mascara is clumpy, I also take a tissue after taking the wand out of the tube and wipe off the excess before applying! It lets me apply several coats without ever getting clumpy! -Or buy a lash separator tool, those work wonders!a year agoHelpful?
