barely works for my eyelashes. weighs them down after applying and undoes any curl i previously made. does a poor job at volumizing my lashes. very wet formula that does not hold a curl and does not volumize! brush is also very messy

The Best for Creating Thick, Long Lashes!!

Best, beautiful, rich mascara ever!!! It makes the lashes long and thick!!! I do have fairly long and thick lashes to start with but this makes them much fuller and extends them. Been using this for years!!! I will never use another type of waterproof mascara.

i got this from bealls outlet for 5 dollars. its meh. smudges A LOT no matter what i'm doing, on both upper and lower eyelids. also is hard to get outer corners with straight wand. formula at least lasts all day and isnt hard to clean off with a q-tip. i carried one in my purse to fix up every now and then.

Beautiful for an hour

So I usually wear SkyHigh waterproof and love it but stores were out. With living in high humid location it’s not always easy to find good ones. Sadly this one didn’t do so well. It applied and looked great for about an hour of being outside. After that I started to get the raccoon eyes. It was flaking and smudging so bad I had to remove it part was through my day. Have refused to try again.

Horrible smudge under eye within a short time, I wipe it off and then more smudge later, basically it continued to smudge all day until there is nothing left on your lash.

Please Bring Back Old Forumula <3 RIP

This has been my go to mascara for the past 15 years (I'm only 30 lol that sounds like a long time) it is the BEST OF THE BEST. Time and time again I've tried other mascaras that get popular either through "hype" or have a lot of good reviews and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come back to my Day 1, Colossal mascara as it simply never compares. I love it so much as it really builds up my lashes the highest, thickest, more separated than any other and most importantly, it keeps the curl all day (no need to curl your lashes after applying mascara, which can be damaging). I also love that the removal process is easy and preserves my original lashes. I recently purchased the waterproof version with the new blue writing and noticed that the formula has changed dramatically. My lashes no longer stay curled, which is critical because once they go straight you can't even tell how thick or long they are anymore, therefore defeating the purpose. I don't feel like this is the same product anymore, which after 15 years makes me really sad as I know there is no other mascara like this. Please bring back the old formula that we all know and love. Thank you!

Hardly any product in tube

Not sure why but the last 3-4 tubes I've purchased in the last year and a half has barely any product! I'll use it a few times and then the brush is dry. I keep it closed and in a cabinet. It's not a cheap mascara so I feel I'm being ripped off. Too many in a row are not worth the money. Used to last a long time!

It took me 20 minutes of vigorously scrubbing my eyelids to remove a slight imperfection! Do not use this product if you don't have or carry makeup remover on your person at all times(who does?!). And my lashes didn't even look that different. Not worth it. I threw my $8.00 mascara away.

Different formula

I have been using this product for years. It a was my favorite mascara until recently. I noticed the writing is a different color but didn’t think much of it. This new formula does not hold my lashes up. The curl goes away as soon as I apply it just like a water based formula. I love waterproof because the oils keep my lashes curled but this isn’t happening anymore. Please change it back to the old one.

Please bring back the OLD formula!

I’ve used this mascara for years and hate the new formulation. Halfway through the day my eyelashes flatten out and lose their curl - this NEVER happened with the old version. Please bring back the non-hydrofuge version.
The old formulation was better than luxury brand mascaras - it was the absolute BEST.
I’m so sad I have to find a new go to mascara. :(

It used to be the best

I've been using this mascara for most of my adult life. It was visibly better than any high fashion mascara. But more than a couple years ago, something had changed in the formula. The maskara that once lasted all day long, now leaves a trace below the eyelashes after 3-4 hours.
As I work in a high-paced environment, sometimes I forget to check myself in the mirror. I cannot count how many times I've seen a patient, looking like a panda. I still use it because it's still better than most maskaras. But it is not as good as it used to be.

Not waterproof. Disappointment

Don't buy it. It is not waterproof. I have smudges daily. I end up looking like a raccoon by lunchtime. So not professional! Already looking for a new brand to wear! Such a disappointment bc I've been wearing their mascara for over 20 years!

Helped curl my eyelashes!!!

For years I have had stick straight eyelashes. Even mascaras that claim to help curl wouldn't help. I tried this mascara and I was shocked. And like a little school girl was so excited even more to see the curl even lasted all day! I am beyond happy with this mascara. Thank you!

I liked this mascara when I first got it. It helped a lot with volume but as I kept using it, it started to suck. It does last all day and is easy to apply and use. I would recommend for people who just need a light boost to their lashes.

Gorgeous colors deep and rich! No cons here. Easy use although I did use my own brushes. Great price, great quality, didnt stay on as long as I thought it would but 8 hours of wear isnt bad! Would recommend

FAVORITE DRUG STORE MASCARA BY FAR! I ALWAYS USE WATERPROOF MASCARA , I FIND THAT MY LASHES STAY UP THE WHOLE DAY. I'VE TRIED MANY DRUG STORE MASCARAS AND ALWAYS END UP COMING BACK TO THIS ONE. THE WAND HELPS REACH TO EVERY LASH TOP AND BOTTOM WHICH IS HELPFUL SINCE MOST OF THE TIME I ONLY WEAR MASCARA. GREAT PRODUCT, TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT !!

It did the job but clumped my lash together to much no matter how I put it on. So I would say its good to use if your in a rush and just need a little to get through the day but I definitely would need it to be improved

Good mascara who gave you volume and darkness. It was my first mascara which i found it in every supermarket, which is great. Love the packaging as well. I ve been used for years.

One of my absolute favorite drug store mascaras! Received this a few years ago in a trial size and have bought several more since! Not only does it give me amazing length but the brush also fans out each lash beautifully!

This has got to be the best mascara I've used by far. It curls my lashes and keeps the curl the whole time it is applied. Builds very easily without getting clumpy too
