Missing the waterproof brownish black color....

Please bring back the waterproof full 'n soft brownish black color!!! I have used this for years and the brownish black seems to no longer be available. The black is just too harsh for those of us with lighter colored hair and features. So disappointed that I will most likely have to go look for another style or brand of mascara to get the brownish black color. I really like the soft feel of the full 'n soft mascara. So bummed!!!

Please bring back Brownish Black!

I have been wearing Maybelline Full N Soft Waterproof Mascara for years and years in the Brownish Black color and I cannot find it anywhere anymore. I ordered it on Amazon after the color was discontinued, but now even they don't have it. Please bring the Brownish black color back. I love how this mascara doesn't clump or smudge, but I cannot wear it in Very Black. It just doesn't work for my skin tone and eye color like Brownish Black did. Please bring back Brownish Black!

THE BEST MASCARA AND APPLICATOR EVER!

This by far is THE BEST mascara for me!! Please don't ever discontinue this one!! Sad the brown was, as brown is a better color for my skin tone and eye color, the black is a little too bold these days. My eyelashes are thin short and barely there. But, this mascara gives me life!! I have tried may other ones and I ALWAYS come back to this one. It does wonders. It stays put and fills my lashes making it look like i have a lot and more. The brush is the best brush EVER!!! PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE, PLEASE BRING BACK THE BROWN!!!

My favorite go-to mascara for years. Only giving 4 stars because they no longer offer it in brown. Maybe line should follow the trends, more subtle mascara looks are coming back, so may want to consider offering the brown again.

Good Product but can't find Brownish Black anymore

I love this mascara! it is one of the few that I have tried that doesn't clump and the waterproof stays on even at the beach. In the past I have gotten this mascara in Brownish Black, which was perfect for my light skin tone and blonde hair. I am having trouble finding this color now and do not want to wear Black because it is much too harsh for my coloring. If it has been discontinued, I hope they read this review and continue to produce Brownish Black.

Not the mascara I always loved

I have been using this mascara since I was a teenager. Suddenly it started going on so stiff and thick it’s like putting road tar on your lashes. Where is the soft mascara I loved for so many years? More than one tube goes on like this now. Have they changed the formul??

Not the original formula

I have used this mascara for years. It has changed and is now ay to clumpy and sticky. It used to be the best mascara. Why change a good formula? Please bring back the original formula. I keep buying it hoping I just bought an old one, but I won’t waste my money again until the old formula comes back.

Was The Best - Until Recent Formula Change

I have used (and loved) Full ‘N Soft mascara for many years and eventually switched to the waterproof version, particularly during summer. But the last three tubes of waterproof Full ‘N Soft I purchased have been dry and sticky. It’s as if the product is really old. Please bring back the original waterproof formula! And please don’t change regular Full ‘N Soft! No other mascara compares. It has been the best. Please bring back the original formula!

Not what it used to be

What happened?! Something has changed with the formula recently and it is not good. I’ve used this mascara since high school and I am 41 now. It used to be perfect. Please bring back the old formula. Reviews on Ulta are all saying the same. Undo! Control Z! It was never broken, please don’t change it.

ALMOST NAILED IT!

Almost Perfect! Love the waterproof. I wish it was very slightly thinner, so it wouldn't clump and glob (I always have to use a lash sepatater while applying). Also wished it came in a Brown/Black color (Very Black is a bit too dark for my complexion) I am a dark blonde, so any lighter, and this definitely wouldn't work. Again, it almost hit the mark, but......I'm still looking.

Don’t mess with a good thing

What happened to the Full ‘N Soft
Waterproof mascara???????? I have been using this mascara for 10+ years and in the past 3 months I have purchased 4 tubes and they are not the same anymore. It’s way too thick and heavy, very hard to apply to the lashes. I’m currently using some older tubes that I happen to still have around. Hate whatever it is that was done to change what was the perfect mascara for me. Please bring back the original formula, really don’t want to have to find a new product.

Changed the ingredients?

I’ve used this mascara for almost 20 years and always loved it. The most recent tube I purchased feels like there has been a complete change to its ingredients. It feels so heavy on my lashes and doesn’t apply nearly as easily. I find myself taking twice as long to do my lashes because of how it applies.

I have never found a mascara that doesn't make my eyes water in 63 years and 306 days of my life. This mascara feels very, very natural. It looks good too. My lashes are long and thick with this mascara. My eyes water very easily. This mascara is literally miraculous for me!!! I am glad I finally found this one!

This is the absolute best mascara out there I have used this same mascara since the 2000’s and please never stop making it!! Lashes are soft not stuff or crunchy and it makes them sooo full & long! Full 'n Soft is a great formula if you are looking for waterproof coverage that will not clump or lead to lash breakage. So many newer formulas are good 'short term' options, but require additional serums to maintain the quality of your lashes over time. Not so with this product!

This is the best waterproof mascara I have found. It does not clump or make lashes stiff and spikey looking. Best of all, it washes off easily with facial cleaner. Please don’t discontinue this product as you already dropped the brown/black awhile ago.

Smooth, soft, lasts and truly waterproof

I've been using this mascara since Maybelline discontinued the Turbo Boost Volume Express waterproof mascara. I LOVED the Turbo Boost Volume Express, used it for over 20 years, I was heartbroken when it was discontinued. I searched from drug store to high end and pricey for a replacement, but no other mascara compared until I found Full n Soft. Full n Soft goes on smooth, layers nicely, doesn't clump or crumble and definitely adds a lot of volume. It finds the smallest lashes, and holds curl all day. It also stays put even during high humidity and sweaty workouts. It is soft on lashes, even the way the wand comes out of the tube is smooth and soft. It's a nice, no nonsense, does what it promises mascara...I'm sick of all the gimmicky mascaras that are out there now. Full n Soft also comes off easily which is a big deal, no one wants to lose lashes removing mascara. I truly hope Maybelline keeps producing this mascara. Discontinuing Turbo Boost Volume Express was a huge mistake but this mascara is comparable and able to take its place for me.

Please don’t ever discontinue this mascara. I’ve been using this brand for 20 years. I always make sure I have an extra tube at home in case the one I’m using runs out. I hate worrying about my mascara running so I love that it’s waterproof. Thank you Maybelline for this amazing mascara!! My lashes are so long and dark after a couple coats and it doesn’t clump.

I have the typical super straight, thin, barely there Asian eyelashes. I've tried so many mascaras that make my lashes look like spindley spider legs or end of flaking. Q: I too absolutely loved this mascara, unfortunately since it is no longer available in the brownish black, I have stopped buying it. Our only choice now is very black and for a fair skinned Blondie, it’s too dark. Please bring back the brown/black!

Q: I bought Full and Soft last month and just opened the package to find the product container 3/4 full and it is so thick on the brush that I can't use it. I have used this product for years and I love it. Any suggestions on how to thin it out.

Q: I see someone else asked for a comparable mascara since this is unavailable in most stores right now. Is this line going to be discontinued?? I hope not as I have been using this product for YEARS!! It is the only product that doesn’t look fake of clumpy.

Q: I’ve used the waterproof Full n Soft mascara for years, but it smears and smudges terribly for a waterproof formula. I use primer on my oily lids, but within a few hours, this mascara is all over my brow bone, and under my eyes. Any suggestions?
