Totally Hooked/ Totally Disappointed

I love this Mascara! I’ve used it since it first arrived in stores. I have thin lashes but this Mascara feathers them perfectly! My eyes are bold and beautiful!
Sadly, I was quite disappointed in my most recent purchase. The mascara was dry and paste like.
I hope this won’t become a habit.
I don’t want to change what I use and trust.

NO CLUMPING!!

Due to eye allergies I must wear waterproof mascara. I wore Maybelline Great Lash for years and loved it but wasn't getting the volume I wanted. I tried 5 other mascara's but was unhappy due to clumping. After doing research on the internet for non clumping, waterproof mascara one of the sites I visited rated Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious #1 so I decided to give it a try. PERFECT!! I now get the volume I want and NO clumping. Wish I had found this mascara sooner.

Long Lasting - Morning to Afternoon.

This mascara is really good, and easy to stay on. By the time I'm getting ready to shower it takes time to get it off, and it's not always in one go it's more about like two times or more. (depends on how much layers you put on)

awful terrible mascara do not buy

if you like wasting your money on mascara that’s worse than dollar store makeup, this product is perfect for you. this is worst mascara i’ve ever used. i’m never buying another maybelline mascara if it’s the last brand on earth. clumpy and leaves giant globs of mascara no matter how light of a coat you put on or how much you scrape the product off of the applicator. you have to physically scrape out the globs with either your fingers or a clean applicator. it gives you clumpy spider lashes. it looks like i’m trying to do that youtube challenge from like 2018 where people put 60 layers of the same product on at once. the pic I included doesn’t even do it justice I have work so I didn’t want to put it on all gross. that’s the best it can do with two layers (added a second for the pic to show) after being combed through. the other pic is how other brands of mascara have faired on my eyes. the difference in insane.

if you want clumpy disgusting spider lashes this stuff is for you!!! you literally can’t put a light coat of this stuff on even if you scrape off the excess from the entire wand. i’ve never had a mascara so terrible and i’ve also never felt compelled to write a review about one but this was so bad I need people to know to stay far away. I can’t lie about the length it defiantly gives definition but that’s only after you have to physically pull the clumps of mascara through your eyelash hair for it to look good. when you first applicate it expect a bunch of giant black globs covering your eyelashes

A “love/hate” relationship

This is the only mascara that makes my lashes look full and long, BUT, it takes everything to get it off. I try other high end brands but come back to this. I do use a primer. I would love for it to come off easier though. I currently use 2 makeup remover washes and then a water proof eye makeup remover after the shower and still get more off under my eyes in the morning. I also feel I loose a lot of lashes, why I keep trying other brands. Tips?

Waterproof But Not Stay Proof

I had raccoon eyes after 6 hours and I was wearing no other eye makeup. It darkens lashes, but I didn't see any noticeable improvement in the length or volume. The only "pro" I can give this mascara is that is definitely isn't clumpy. Between the formula and the brush, this mascara does give good lash definition, especially in conjunction with a lash comb.
No, I do not recommend this product.

One of my favorites!

I agree that this is a dupe for Rollerblade. The only thing is this formula is much more wet. I love this mascara with a 5 star rating easily, but I honestly love it more after it has been drying for a month or two. The brush is kind of cone shaped and makes it easy to get close to my lid at the end of my eyes. (That's where I usually struggle). This is for people after a little volume but mainly lengthening. I absolutely recommend.

It’s brush is easy to shape my lashes. I always buy this mascara because it is waterproof and the best thing I’ve noticed is MY EYELASHES ARE THICKER THAN BEFORE. I am not using anything else than this product for my eyelashes.

Clumpy and hard to remove

I rarely write reviews but this mascara is aweful and a waste of money. Not only is it clumpy as soon as you put it on but it’s terribly difficult to properly remove and takes your lashes with it when you do. Skip this one.

1st time took the wand out and full of mascara so of course just clumped on my lashes. 2nd time wiped off all that mascara and still clumped up on my lashes. Later in the day I felt like I had dirt on my face on it was the mascara coming off. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! In the garbage it went.

I wish this would have been better. The formula is so wet it clumps up in my lashes and I can't blink. It doesn't add any volume or length. Just not good. It lasts but I can feel it in my lashes all day. I don't recommend this. Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious Washable Mascara

Really smooth consistency, it doesnt smear or smudge at all. I dont like the wand though because it doesnt spread on my eyelashes very well. It clumps my eyelashes together and is kind of hard to remove. But it is a good drugstore brand

I love this mascara! It is a great price and lasts a long time! I wore in the pool all summer and it didnt smudge! The brownish Black is perfect for my blue eyes and red hair! I highly recommend this mascara

Definitely voluminizing and lengthening, but seemed to smear under my eyes by the end of the day. Overall a decent drugstore mascara, but maybe would be better if Id tried it in a waterproof formula? Otherwise happy with it!

I love this mascara! It stays on all day and is easy to take off with micellar water. The bristles make your eyelashes longer and thicker. It is definitely waterproof I have gone in the ocean with it!

Definitely lives up to the name, stays on through rain, sweat, tears and a pool or two definitely easy to apply and gives a full long lash look! Love the color and the pigment was amazing I definitely recommend this for active people
