Container seems empty

I really like the mascara and the way it makes my lashes look But it's only the 3rd time using it an i can hardly get any mascara onto the brush.. It seems as if the container is empty and the only mascara that it started with was the mascara on the brush when i first opened it..3 uses later an i can't get any more mascara onto the Brush! It's too bad bcz i really like it but I'm not rich enough to buy mascara every week and get only 3 uses out if it.

I have used this mascara since I was a senior in high school, so 10 1/2 years now. I have tried so many different mascaras over the year, and nothing has ever compared to this one. The wand is amazing and this never clumps or flakes. I recommend this product to my friends quite frequently. 10/10

10/10 will never use another mascara

I’ve used this mascara for 10+ years. Tried SO many drugstore and high end mascara nothing compares. This masacara never smudges or flakes even after all day wear or sleeping in it. Gives me the longest lashes and I think the best control with this brush. Please never stop making this.

This mascara is my favorite! The only issue is the wand doesn't stay attached to the cap. I purchased 1 and the wand detached from the lid. No big deal. I used it just struggled get ng it back attached for 2 weeks before I decided to just purchase a new one. On day 1 the wand detached again. This is a great product doesn't smudge during all day wear. Just need a better wand.. would have rated a five if the wand wasn't an issue..

Don't Stop Making This!

This is the closest "drug store" mascara I've found to my ultimate favorite Benefit Rollerlash, and at a fraction of the cost! I love the lift, curl, saturation, easy removability, etc. My only small complaint compared to Rollerlash is that this one flakes a bit, but overall I love this mascara for the price!

I recently bought this product due to a recommendation and at first use loved how it made my lashes look, but it has a horrible chemical like scent that is almost nauseating. Makes me not want to use the product sometimes, which is a shame cause I love the effect it has.

Did the formula change?

I’ve been using this mascara for years, it’s my favorite. Until recently, I’ve noticed it has been falling off in clumps and has been getting in my eyes throughout the day. I’m wondering what changed because this has never happened before.
I could even fall asleep with it on and it wouldn’t smudge, now if I do it’s all over in broken little pieces.

I love this product and I was using it straight for 5 years. I recently purchased it and the applicator comes off every time I open it. Plus the brush is not curved as usually. I don't know if I just bought am error make or it just went worse. So sad cause now I will have to look for a new mascara! And it took me years to find this! :(

I used to love this mascara, it was my go to and the only one I would use that would make my lashes look amazing but the last few times I purchased the applicator came right off. I won’t be purchasing it anymore cause the applicator is awful.

Love this mascara! Not sure what everyone is talking about, I don't smell anything and I LOVE the wand!!! Perfect shape to evenly apply the mascara to your lashes, especially the outer edge of the eye. I've tried so many, this one is my absolute favorite.

So my eye lashes are straight and if I were to put just an mascara after curling my lashes, they would just go back to being straight.
But this is one of the few that work for me.
I think I used this mascara for two years because I love it so much.

I have used yhe cat eye mascara for years. While my lashes are already full and long I have to wear color on my lashes to make my eyes pop. The mascara stays on nicely and is easy to remove without tugging at my lashes which can cause extreme damage. The mascara drys quick, if applying more than one coat only work on one eye at a time.
I use organic castor oil, very lite with a int makeup brush to keep my lashes conditioned at nite. If you have thin short lashes, this might not be the one for you

This lifts my lashes perfectly and makes their natural length shine through. I absolutely it and have NO complains about it. I've bought it multiple times, and I'll probably never stop! :)

Good product, poor applicator

I don't usually write reviews, however I do believe the company should know when a good product fails it's customer. I loved the colossal volume cat eyes mascara, however the last three times I purchased it, the applicator snapped out of the lid. Then I had to dig it out with a pair of tweezers and snap it back in the lid to finish my morning makeup. This created a mess on my tweezers and on my hands. I have finally come to the decision that I can no longer spend money on a product that I throw in the trash halfway full out of frustration. I will search for a similar product with competitors in hopes to find the great look at provided. I hope the company works to improve this packaging failure so it does not lose revenue on this great product due to poor packaging choices.

This is becoming my go-to mascara and my "base" mascara when I want more drama and I layer with Volum' Express Pumped Up Colossal. My lashes stay naturally defined. No clumps and I can get corner to corner. LOVE!

I enjoyed the benefits of this mascara it was my favorite for a while,but I keep having problems with the brush and cap staying together I would constantly have to push the brush and cap together getting mascara all over my hands. Annoying.

This was the worst mascara I've used. It still feels wet and sticky on my lashes hours after application. It did nothing to give my lashes volume or length. I will never buy this product again.

The stick in my mascara does not stay in the cap and i constantly am having to put it back in. Also when I put it on my lashes, i feel i have to add several layers to get any kind of volume. Will not purchase this kind again.

One Month Use Tops

I bought this product a few months ago. The first month it worked really well and I really liked it. After the first month the mascara started to clump slightly and would flake constantly. I would recommend this product only for an emergency mascara.

The formula was perfect! It made my lashes look enormous! My eyes had a perfect cat-eye!! The only downside that I found was that the waterproof formula was very difficult to take off but the washable is perfect all around!!!

I tried the Clossal because my favorite Maybelline XXL has been discontinued. I loved that mascara. The new one is average mascara in a faulty package- the wand keeps popping out of the handle, and is messy to pop back in. I will be changing brands.

I love the way it looks, but the smell is a little strong. I don't like my products to smell so chemical. I already have long and full lashes and this mascara really set them off. I use it mostly for my night time looks.

not bad but it not good. The ads won me over so i bought it. You can tell its a good formula just the "claw brush" makes your lashes look super thin and like they are about to fall off. my friend asked me if i was wearing fake eyelashes

I've been using the Great Lash Mascara for years and love it. So I thought I would try another Maybelline product and was sadly disappointed. I have put this mascara on twice and the smell is so unpleasant I will not wear it again. Wishing I could get my money back!

I love this mascara! the only problem with it is that after a while of usage the brush actually fell out of the handle when I was pulling it out...but all I had to do was push it back in, it is fine now. I recommend this mascara ;)

Firstly, this doesn't give you any type of "cat-eye effect". At all. It hasn't clumped at all for me, though, so that's a plus. The brush seems really sparse of bristles. Bottom line, I like this for doing my bottom lashes, but otherwise not at all.

I wore this today, it did great for my lashes but you have to apply it holding the wand a specific way to get the best results. It kinda clumped on the upper lashes but did a pretty good job in all.

Due to myself having School Spring Pictures tomorrow. I wanted to try something new out. Came home to try it out. Seriously this mascara is as good a black water. For best results DON'T BUY THIS MASCARA. I'm sticking to Volume Express Falsie Flared.

Q: no problem with wand or smell yet. I find it requires a lot of product to get the eye popping result I want. It does smudge, and flake; maybe the amount I use. My lashes do not stay curled as some say. Find it nearly impossible to get off my lashes.
