I love this stick. It hides my dark circles and been a god send. However it super hard to find. Like all the stores that used to carry does not anymore or they always sold out. So hopefully, it will be stock again.

Bring back apricot!

Love that it has a fuzzy applicator for easy application. The apricot was perfect for covering dar eye circles, a little went a long way. Now it's been discontinued and I am so sad.

Misleading color

Purchased the apricot for dark circles. The product is clay brown and no matter how small the amount I use it was useless and made the dark circles worse. A waste of money.

Game changer!

I'm a latina with light-medium skin tone and some darkness under my eyes and around my mouth. I've used color correctors before and they work great, I love them! But the color is usually a very light peach, which works... but darkness still comes through. I was curious to try one that's darker since I've seen makeup artists correcting dark circles with darker color correctors (even red!). This concealer did not disappoint! It's pigmented, it blends well, it feels a little dry so I can't imagine it moving or melting off, and the color is a dark apricot, almost terracotta color. Awesome!
I used the applicator it comes with to apply the tiniest amount (I'm talking a dot the size of the little sponge) and blended it. (If you're new to color correcting you're going to think you look crazy and it can't be right. Hang in there, it works out in the end!) I would not recommed this to anyone who has very fair skin, fair or very light skin tones, I'd go with a lighter peach color for that. For medium to medium-dark skin tones this works great!
Tips:
Don't use too much of this product, it's highly pigmented
Do blend the outer edges and try leaving the color corrector untouched, right on top of the dark spots
Let it dry before applying your usual concealer
Ideally use a medium to full coverage concealer on top
Blend gently with a sponge

I absolutely love this!! It covered up some dark scarring very quickly and easily no was able to put my foundation over it with no smearing/ mixing and it balanced my tone out perfectly!

I’ve tried many color correcting concealers and this one by far tops them all, even the specialty makeup brands! The purple and the pink are a unique offering by maybelline as most lines don’t carry those colors to cover dark circles and brighten the eye area. I won’t ever by another color correcting pen but color camo!! Only downside is maybelline took purple and pink colors out of target stores, Ultas, Walgreens and CVS. I can only find on line.

I'm not totally sure about this product, I've had great results sometimes and other times it looks a mess. The yellow and green pens tend to look very chalky and dry after putting foundation or concealer on top. The color also shows through your makeup so it takes quite a few layers to cover them, which makes it worse. The green also changes the color of my foundation/concealer for some reason. The green turns them gray, the yellow turns them pale. Today I was trying to go for some natural coverage and was in a hurry. Now I just look dry and sick.

Why didn’t anyone tell me about yellow?

I have used orange correctors and theynever worked so curiosity led me to yellow camo pens and chile I’m getting my life. It’s yellow from now on I guess I have black/purple dark circles that orange or red will work for me. I also happen to be dark skinned.

I Should Have Known Better

I’ve tried blue and yellow color correcters on my dark undereye circles with poor results, so when I saw this apricot color touted as a camouflage, I thought maybe someone had finally come up with an answer. I should have known better. It looked like I had a three-day-old black eye.

apricot color not great!

Recently bought this since I have dark circles. The packaging shows a shade that is completely different from what comes out of the tub. The actually color is more of a burnt orange color. Not a blendable product. Took about 23 clicks for the product to come out first time and about 2 other clicks after that to get any amount to come up. Wished I could return the product.

I bought this in the apricot shade. It was completely sealed when I bought it. I opened it up and started turning and no product came out. After turning the bottom for about 5 minutes, I got so frustrated that I cut open the entire tube and there was literally no product inside. has this ever happened to anyone before?? the colors are very off

i bought this today and i tried it on and the apricot shade looks very bright on the container but on my face and hand it is nearly brown, the green one looked bright green on the container, but is almost blue on my face and hand. don’t apply too much, barely anything and blend it immediately because this dries way to quick, then it will flake off. it’s decent for the price but it could be so much better.

It's Perfect

I've been using Becca color corrector in papaya for a couple of years, which they seem to have discontinued. I saw a video with @deepica using this product, so I picked it up immediately. This product is a game changer, it settles beautifully into the skin and lasts all day. The tone is key and it great for indian gals with medium to deep skin tones. A little goes a long way, use sparingly.

I love this stuff. The product gets a 4. Packaging is awful though. Gets a 1. The blank ink on the pen smears and comes off. I have never had packaging ink come off on my hands before. The manufacturer must be using cheap ink. TERRIBLE.

I found this product in a new store in my area. I used the orange first but I saw the red the next time and decided to try it because the focus is on dark circles which I have. My situation is once I find the product I can seldom find it more than a few times. After the store is established, they don't carry it any longer. I would rather purchase in store.

I have dark circles under my eyes no matter what I do...so I purchases the apricot one. It took between 20-30 turns for product to come out. Put it under my eye and it felt like my face was burning, it does make my eyes look less dark.

I'm fair skinned, so I applied very little.
It stayed orange It was impossible to blend, or cover up; and when a small bit of it mixed with my foundation, it smeared orange all down my face. Tried to blend it out, and my whole face had an orange tint. I had to completely take off all of my make up and start again.
Definitely a pass.

Great make up - bad packaging design

Ive been using this for a month or so, each time I went to apply my make up my hands were getting covered in black, finally noticed that all the writing on the pen is coming off and smudging all over my hands then transfer to face when applying make up. A really bad design fault! I sent photos via Facebook messenger but not had any reply.

Convenient little color pen

I really needed this little pen. I have several small dark spots on my skin. The products I was using did not cover them. The Master Camo in pink did the trick! The light pink color is then easily covered by a light touch of blush. End result-no dark spots! Only a clean and clear face!

Terrible. I bought this and I end up with a green tone all over my face. I apply just a little bit and it doesn't work. I tried changing my primer, concealer, and foundation but it still awful. I can't even get my money back since I already used it.

The apricot rocks!

I'm in my 50's, fair complected, with mature skin. This is important to note, as so many correctors and concealers settle into my fine lines, and actually age my face. Over my lifetime, since 12, I battled the extremely dark circles and have probably tried atleast 100 products, seriously. Not one product ever worked and/or lasted for more than a few hours. At the drug store I saw the corrector pen in apricot, and thought, probably just throwing money away. I bought it anyway, I'm so glad I did! It was so dark, but it blended easily, and didn't 'disappear'. I applied my last concealer was shocked. The orange color was gone and my dark circles were gone. I figured it would be in my creases soon, but nope! It stayed until I took it off. The best part, several people, 2 of them my daughters, remarked that I looked so fresh and my face alive. Oh how I wish I had this in my youth, better late than never. *on the sponge tip, it's way too easy to get too much, so I use my fingers to apply and blend.

I brought the Master Camp Color Correct on red. It did camouflage my hyperpigmentation but it just turned my concealer ( did let it dry) red. Despite multiple layers of concealer and foundation, you could still see the red come through.

To mask the red, we recommend using a full coverage concealer like our Face Studio Master Conceal. This ultra concentrated, full coverage formula will cover the red color corrector. These pens were surprisingly good! I used the green a bit around my nose and the redness was completely gone after applying a sheer foundation. I will keep the medium coverage pens in my routine for a while.

I received these camo pens complimentary as part of Influenster's Maybelline Voxbox. This may just be personal preference, but I don't see myself incorporating these pens into my beauty routine. I try and use as little make up as possible, and I felt like this just added an additional layer for me. I still had to use concealer and foundation and I didn't notice as much of a difference in coverage. Just my opinion!

I received the maybelline master camo color correcting pens for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review and opinion. I LOVE THESE PENS. They are so so easy to use and I found them to be very effective for my skin. I never have used color correcting in my routine before but now it is a must! Total game changers. I'll have to buy more when I use these up! They are fabulous.

Q: Although I wax it appears as I have a shadow on my mustache. I bought the apricot color but it still appears. Are you supposed to apply over foundation or on my moisturized skin. Please advise. Thanks.

For the best results please follow these steps of application. Step 1. Upon first use, twist the bottom of the pen 10-15 times or until the product is visible on the sponge. Step 2. The yellow will help counteract any dullness in the skin and reduce the appearance of dark spots. With this pen, use a concealer that matches your skin tone over top of the color correcting pen!
