HOW TO DO PUPPY DOG EYELINER

Start by adding warmth and dimension to the eye with a neutral eyeshadow shade. Karol uses Creator, a peach-colored eyeshadow, from the Nudes of New York palette and applies it on the eyelid crease. This step is optional!

Using a black pencil eyeliner, line the upper lash line from the center of the eye out to the corners of the eye bringing the line DOWN at the corners. Tip: Raise your eyebrows as you do this to keep the lid nice and taut for a smooth line.

Follow the line downwards and create a sharp-looking point. Thicken and exaggerate the line, filling in any gaps of color with the eyeliner pencil.

Now, define the inner corners of eyes by tracing a thin line of liquid eyeliner from the inner corners out, connecting it to the gel liner.

Using your pencil eyeliner, line just the outer half of the lower lash line, drawing out to connect to the top liner. Keep the inner half of the lower lash line bare. Then, take an eyeshadow brush and smoke out the lower liner, softening the line. Add a bit of black liner to your waterline, too!

Add light and shimmer to the inner lower lash line for a really open look. Karol uses Color Strike Eyeshadow Pen in Spark.

Apply a lengthening mascara to the top lashes and on the outer half of the lower lashes.

As a finishing touch, add a pop of shimmer into the inner corners of eye. Karol uses Originator from the Nudes of New York palette.
