Questions
Q: Has the formula changed? I've been using this gel liner for a few years, but my current liner makes my eyes tear right after I apply it every time. I'm going to have to find a new product. I've always had to reapply bc it runs out the corners of my eyes.
3 years ago- A: Ive had the same problem they must have changed the formula because ive been using it for 5 years and now im looking for a new brand....7 months agoHelpful?
Q: What happened to the non-water proof gel pot? I can't find it stores or online
a year ago- A: Hello Crystalpistol, Thank you for your question about a non waterproof pot eye liner. We appreciate knowing you prefer an eyeliner in this format that is washable and will share your comments with our creative team!a year agoHelpful?
Q: Can I use this to tightline inside my upper eyelid?
3 years ago- A: Hello! I use the Maybelline gel eyeliner for tightlining and have had no problems. I just wish they would bring back the charcoal color.2 years agoHelpful?
Q: My liner is starting to dry out. Is there a way to revive it?
2 years ago- A: I've been using Maybelline's Waterproof Gel eyeliner for years. It starts to dry out before I finish it, so I add just a couple drops of distilled water and stir with a toothpick. Since I have extremely watery eyes, this is the only eyeliner I've used that will stay.2 years agoHelpful?
Q: Expiry date?
4 years ago- A: Hi there Chris73, Our products have been tested to have at least a 3-year shelf life if unopened and stored at normal room temperature, during which they will retain their integrity and perform as expected. The great majority of our products, including the Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner, don't have an expiration date. If your product looks and smells the way it normally does, it is good to use.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Is this product oil free? Can it be used with lash extensions?
5 years ago- A: Hey there, we appreciate your interest! All the ingredients we use in a product are listed on the package or the label of the product itself. For products too small to accommodate the list, a separate ingredient list is available on the display unit in the store for your convenience. Since some ingredients are known by more than one name, we use the standard industry FDA-recognized names. A review of the ingredients that are listed on all of our products or packages will alert you to the presence of this type of ingredient. Since our products have not been tested in conjunction with Lash Extensions, we cannot provide you with usage information. We suggest you contact your cosmetologist and follow their advice. Q: I love the gel liner. Mine has become a little dried out in the container. Since it is oil free and waterproof, both of which I love, is there a way to soften it up?
6 years ago- A: Inglot makes a product called duraline...it works miracles.5 years agoHelpful?
Q: did the formula for this liner change?
5 years ago- A: Hi there, thank you for reaching out. It is possible that minor changes have been made in the formula of a product; however, the performance should meet or exceed previous results and may not be noticeable at all. We hope this information helps! XOXO5 years agoHelpful?
Q: The eyeliner Lasting Drama is a great product but after only using it 4 or 5 times, I wore the point down and, while I can turn the top, the gel does not advance. So, is this supposed to be a “one time” use pen?
6 years ago- A: The Lasting Drama waterproof eyeliner is a joke. It is not long lasting nor is it waterproof. One hour after applying it, I look like I've been in a fist fight. I do have a sharpener which will sharpen the pencil, but the point lasts for one application and you have to sharpen it again. BIG waste of money.5 years agoHelpful?
Q: Hii ...I bought yesterday Maybelline etestudio gel eyeliner..& it's exp dt is 31/08/20... Can I use it after 8/20.???
6 years ago- A: Hey There! Our products are available worldwide but vary country to country. You have reached the USA page and we only have information on products sold in the US. You will need to contact the L'Oreal in your country for the best assistance. We hope this information helps !6 years agoHelpful?
