What’s is the difference in the formulas, blackest black and very black? Which one would be more of a matte and less shiny?

can I buy Lash Discovery mini brush waterproof black from you directly? Hard to find in stores and when I do it seems like it might be old. Also, do you have any other mascara's with the mini-brush.
