Had high hopes but ABSOLUTELY DID NOT WORK. I tried it on two separate occasions and no. I feel like it actually made my pores look worse. The first time it was smoothing in one direction. The second, I applied quite a bit and moved it in all directions trying to pack it into my pores. Sorry, but this was a waste of my money

Primer Crystalizing

Not sure if the ingredients changed or what the issue is. This is now the 3rd time I buy Baby Skin primer at my Dischem and after a few days I'm unable to get it out of the bottle as if it crystallized, I have to stick a needle in the front to try and break up a big piece of primer that crystallized to get something out. And R149,95 is a bit much if you have to pay it 3 times in a row. Not happy

I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying that this is oily, but the first ingredient in this is dimethicone, which is A silicone based oil. Of course it’s going to be oily. This is not for people with oily skin, but if you have regular or dry skin, it is absolutely absolutely amazing at blurring your pores like it says it will! This is my go to and I can’t run out. I always have two tubes at once.!! Don’t ever stop making this Maybelline!

Only 4 stars because I wish they had in sensitive skin version. I have sensation skin. It does irritate my skin after multiple uses - so I use rarely. But it works so well!

Works perfectly on my aging face. Getting older adds more challenges to maintaining skin. Wrinkles. Blemishes (still). Combination areas from super dry to super ick. I can see how younger, more supple skin would think it’s heavy or greasy. But for my 54 year old face, it’s a dream come true! Silky smooth, nice pore reduction, overall I love it!

I recently bought another baby skin pore eraser and I've been using it for over 2 years now and it's always left my skin very smooth and there's been no odor but lately with my recent purchase it has a strong smell and it's very thick and greasy and it does not apply like it used to what is going on?

Very greasy and smells bad

I really don't understand the hype for this primer. It is incredibly oily and greasy and left my face looking like I poured oil over it. I couldn't even apply my foundation because my face was so greasy. I have very dry skin so I can't imagine how bad this primer would be for someone with already oily skin. And the primer smelled absolutely awful. I don't recommend this primer at all, especially not for someone with oily skin.

can be used with I first read about this in Elle magazine's 'products we love'. At that time it was packaged under a different name. Ever since, I have been using it non-stop, and have also recommended to my friends. This should be marketed as age-defying bc it erases wrinkles along with pores. The texture is soft and smooth, very easy to apply and with no feeling of wetness. Also there is none of that greasy or shiny look, and one can easily use foundation over it. I hope you continue making this, bc I tried newer primers/pore erasers and they do not achieve the same result!

Baby Skin is one of my "holy grail" products. I'm 38 years old, so I have what is considered to be "mature" & dry skin, which means that my skin has more fine lines & wrinkles. Also, after many years of smoking & smiling, I have lines/wrinkles around my upper lip & smile areas.... Baby Skin is great at helping blur & smooth those areas, as well as my forehead wrinkles, crows feet, and large pores on my nose. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

I actually love this primer. I have combination skin and I think this product helps me with that. The pores on my nose are visibly larger and this helps blur them out. I feel like my foundation and concealer go on my skin more evenly.

Recently bought baby skin pore eraser thinking it will do what it commits to, however hugely dissapointed,it never blurred any pore nor did it even out skin tone, it was just transparent silicone jelly doing nothing.Anybody reading this review should never think of buying thia product. I always purchased maybelline products but after this i might have to shift loyalty.

This most notable flaw with this product is how greasy/oily it feels, even after letting it set for a couple minutes. It does a good job at filling in pores though, and my makeup always looks very nice after applying it. However, it has been causing hard pan on my powder.

I have never had a skin problem before, I used the pore eraser a couple of times and the next day I would have red dots on my face, I thought it was something I ate but I didn't change my diet so it couldn't be, after using this product two days in a row my cheeks were red and itchy, this product was the only new product I used on my face. I might just be allergic to the product.

This is a very good primer. I love the texture. When I first started using this primer, I didnt realized that it was feeling in my pores. It makes my skin look so.smooth. My makeup applies very nicely. One thing I didnt like was that my oily areas tend to be a little more oily at times when using this primer but it's not bad. This is definitely one of my favorite!!

Great product even for aging skin

I'm pushing 60 and have battled my large pores forever. I just gave Baby Skin a try, and I love it! Makes my skin feel smooth and look almost velvety. It's a good primer under my foundation, and sometimes I dab it on TOP of the foundation on problem areas that need extra help (nose, upper lip, chin). BTW, it helps minimize those fine lines around the mouth. Very nice product!

I've been reading the reviews and I'm not sure where all the hate is coming from. I have combination skin (a little oily on the T zone and dry everywhere else) and this worked perfectly for me. It feels like a gel when you apply it and then it dries down to a velvety finish. It doesnt make my face look oily or anything like that. I definitely recommend this

This primer was horrible. I have oily, acne-prone skin and bought this primer because I thought it would make my makeup look better and I saw people raving about it. It did not do anything for my pores and made my skin look oilier than it is! Not only that but I kept getting huge breakouts after using it, my assumption is that the oil in the product clogged my pores. It was very disappointing because as someone who has been struggling with acne for years, it is a HUGE inconvenience when makeup breaks me out. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

amazing primer i dont have many pored but fine lines and bumpy skin IT IS A SILICA BASED PRIMER which dosent go well with some skins especially oily! Id say this ties up to the smashbox photo ready silica primer honestly. Go to primer i need a new bottle so happy they still sell it!
