Maybelline Lifter Gel has such a smooth texture and it's not overly sticky at all. It feels super lightweight on the lips, lasts a long time, and goes perfectly with both everyday makeup and glam looks. The most important thing when using it is to dispense the product slowly, because if you do it too quickly, a large amount comes out all at once. It has a slight chemical scent, but it's very mild and barely noticeable. I really like the shine it gives it has a beautiful crystal-like finish that looks great on the lips.The packaging is practical and easy to carry anywhere. Although it has a hint of color, it hardly shows up on my lips, and the crystal-like gloss is what really stands out. When applied in the right amount, it doesn't feel sticky, but it does transfer easily. It's also easy to remove. The wear time is average since it transfers, so you'll need to reapply it throughout the day to maintain the shine.

Is very good lip gloss

I'm honestly thankful that I was able to try all three of the Maybelline Lifter Glosses. At first, it was a little confusing figuring out how to apply the gloss because you have to twist the base for the product to come out. I didn't realize that at first, so when I finally got it working, I ended up applying way too much!
Other than that, I really enjoyed it. The gloss lasts a long time, gives me the shine I was looking for, and feels comfortable on my lips. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and would definitely keep using it.

The lipgloss formula feels really nice and wonderful on the lips. I like how the clear one has a light minty scent. It is a generous amount of product in every tube. Very shiny. I have one with pigment and the pigment is beautiful. I don’t like the tube the product comes in. I thought the tip/the applicator was going to be soft but it’s hard plastic. Not the best in application. Since you do have to twist the product up be aware not to get too twist happy, a lite turn is usually enough.

Hydrating sheer lip oil

This is a great light lipgloss option for the people that prefer non sticky, sheer, yet hydrating lip products. The consistency is closer to a lip oil than a gloss. Its handy dandy twist up applicator makes it convenient for throwing in your purse. For me personally, I wish it was thicker. I prefer my lip products to stay put and this tends to run into the sides of your mouth.

I really like the colors of this gloss. I wasn’t sure about the color of the brown, but it actually looks great! (I have medium olive skin if that helps). The only “con” is that it doesn’t seem to stick very long - rubs off quickly. But it looks nice before!

Moisturizing, non sticky lip gloss with easy-to-clean applicator

This is a product that I have been enjoying a lot. While I believe that I probably did not need another glossy lip product, the formula of this feels so comfortable and moisturizing, that i can comfortably leave it in my bag for easy reapplication. It is also super glossy without being sticky.
One thing I love is the applicator, it is so easy to wipe clean when I’m applying it over lipstick, which helps prevent color transfer, and keeps the product looking fresh and working perfectly.
I have Vanilla Horchata, Mintini, and Sugar Spritz. All three smell exactly as expected. The scent is a nice touch, without being overwhelming. It also reminds me of being young and having scented lipglosses, which cute!
I know the formula of this has hyaluronic acid, and I think it is the contributer to how comfortable and hydrating it feels. I keep one of these in each of my bags because it leaves my lips feeling soft and hydrated.
My only real complaint is that there is a slight plastic scent/taste that comes through occasionally. IT is not enough to stop me from using this, but it is noticeable.
Overall, i recommend if you are looking for a shiny, moisturizing gloss that you can use regardless of what other lip products you are layering on top of it. It is worth trying!

the formula of these lip gels is sooo smooth,your lips don’t stick together and it feels really glossy. my lips felt super moisturized after every use,the only thing i don’t like is that the twist application keeps leaking the gel after you finish applying and it makes a mess inside the cap and will eventually leak out,nonetheless i do like the design.

These oils are really nice, they've made my lips super soft from using them. Some of the scents are kinda too much, if it gets in your mouth at all it's nasty. Also the twisting mechanism takes forever to get the oil up. And if you twist it too much trying to get it out, then it all comes out at once.

Such cute concept! this lip oil is very cute, and subtle. you twist the top and product comes out of the center. the fragrance is a little too much for me on this color personally it’s very heavy like grapefruits, i like the other scents more as they are more subtle and not nauseating. the product itself was very moisturizing, it also is a bit sticky and seems to dry quickly so i have to reapply often. i had may have a faulty tube as it has been a bit of a pain to get the product to come out and then it just over spills everywhere. the tube leaked in my purse and i can’t get the sticky out! now this product is on my vanity standing up right and i use it before i leave the house. i put on a spf lip balm and a lipstick then top with this, or just use the spf and this , very pretty! it gives the shiny, wet look like a gloss would do. i didn’t see any “lifting” or plumping effect on my lips, and it has a very bad transfer- but that is to expect from a gloss that stays wet.

This product is little sticky when applied but gives the lips a nice shine and clear opacity to your lips kind of making it look natural. The packaging is little tricky to open at first , but once you know the trick then it becomes easy to handle.My only downside is the texture- it’s a bit stickier than I personally prefer, though over all look it gives is nice with a shine.

Glass lips but poor packaging

The maybelline lifter gel is glossy and smooth. When applied it looks like glass. It is not overly sticky. I wish the packaging could have been improved upon. When you twist the package you may not see the product come out. All of a sudden the product will start to slowly come out and will not stop, and unfortunate you cannot twist it backwards at that point.

I disliked the product. The twist method for the gloss to come up was actually really annoying, because it took a few turns to being the gloss up and when it finally came up it wouldn't stop gushing out. It had a tiny bit of pigmentation, my lips felt slightly hydrated. And a tiny bit heavy on the lips. It doesnt stay on for very long. Definitely could improve the packaging and how the gloss is applied.

It has a very gel like consistency which feels comfortable on the lips. It does not feel sticky which is a huge plus. The color vanilla horchata is a warm brown and provides a translucent level of color on the lips. Overall this is a nice product which feels moisturizing on the lips.

The lifter gel is nice, but I didn’t really notice any lifting or plumping, which is what I thought it would do. It’s a gel/gloss, so it is sticky like one, which I don’t love. The applicator was hard to figure out at first (it’s a twist) and I couldn’t get the appropriate amount out on the first go, and often got too much out on the second. I loved that I was surprised with two additional colours when I received the package!

This new release from Maybelline is so cool! It gives an incredible glossy shine and makes the lips look super juicy. I absolutely love its pleasant scent and great texture , it is not sticky at all, which is a huge plus for me. The product really hydrates the skin well, and there is absolutely no dryness afterwards.
my lips feel very comfortable. It leaves a beautiful, sheer tint on the lips. The packaging itself looks interesting and the application is convenient, but there is a small nuance with the dispenser: when you twist the pen, the product doesn't come out at first, and then too much can suddenly pop out. But it's just a matter of getting used to it,over time, I've learned how to work with it carefully and dispense just the right amount.

The lip oils give me a natural look to my lips after it's applied. It makes my lips like full and thick. It feels very natural feeling on my lips. A little bit goes a long way.
I love the smell of these the Vanilla Horchata smells amazing it smells like a mocha flavor. The Mintini smells like a light mint flavor, and the Sugar Spritz smells like sweet cake flavor.

Very nice moisturizing lip oils without the burning plump

These “lifter gels” from Maybelline are thick and moisturizing lip oils! I received 3 variants - clear/mintini, pink/sugar spritz and brown/vanilla horchata. They each have a subtle scent to them, mint/sugary sweet/chocolatey-ish respectively, and all have a thick and juicy texture. They are not sticky at all! In terms of plumping, they make your lips look plump without any actual burning or tingling ingredients. The colors are pretty sheer, especially the pink. None of these had a noticeable flavor. Over time the gloss wears down and my lips are left feeling like they have a moisturizing layer over them.
The packaging requires twisting the product out, so don’t twist too much because you can’t twist it back in. Go slow!
